Depending on experience, this Sales Development Representative position earns an attractive hourly base rate of $16.00 - $20.00/hour plus uncapped commission. (The estimated first-year compensation based on quota is expected to be equivalent to $50,000 - $55,000/year.) A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ENTRY-LEVEL SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

As a Sales Development Representative, you are a critical component of our sales team. You make the engine run! On the front lines of our sales process, you are responsible for filling the funnel that will ultimately produce new business. Your primary responsibility is to generate new business leads through a multi-step prospecting process. Your efforts result in appointments for our outside sales team.

You work closely with our sales & marketing team to engage prospects and current customers alike. You identify ideal new prospects, reach out to them, schedule initial discovery meetings, and build a pipeline by profiling. Highly motivated, you continually work on your own professional development and find ways to improve your process. You love interacting with new people every day, find the challenge engaging, and look forward to advancing as a salesperson!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
