Outside Sales Representative

Whirks of Memphis, TN is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this outside sales role, you will sell our SaaS-based human capital management (HCM) platform that provides a full suite of payroll & workforce management solutions. This is a highly consultative role, you will meet with various decision-makers and be responsible for developing a full set of solutions to meet their specific business needs. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS or service-based industry.
  • A Winner! History of achievement throughout various stages of life. Proven track record of success through honors, awards, and promotions.
  • Four-year college degree required, preferably in business.
  • Upbeat, confident, and friendly personality.
  • Effective communicator with a strong business acumen and ability to engage in high-level conversations with executives and small business owners.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool preferred.
  • Thirst to learn, develop, and grow within a top-tier sales organization!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Tenaciously drive new business!
  • Target businesses of 25 to 500 employees.
  • Work prospects through a clearly defined sales process to close.
  • Prospect through telemarketing, canvassing, networking, and attending trade shows.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Continuously collaborate with all departments to make improvements and maximize sales results.
  • Plan and implement organizational strategies to achieve the growth goals of Whirks.

We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses. (First-year reps make $75,000-$95,000, second-year reps from $95,000-$130,000, and third-year reps - much more!) WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT US:

We service our clients from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. every business day. This position will report daily to our Memphis, TN office. Whirks specializes in cutting-edge SaaS-based HCM along with highly personalized support. Our clients utilize our powerful cloud-based HCM platform to manage the entire employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, timekeeping, benefits, payroll, and labor analytics. We serve business leaders and C-level executives at small to mid-sized companies by educating them on the role that HRIS tools and data analytics can play in helping them achieve their business goals.
