WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

As an HCM Consultant, you will sell our SaaS-based HCM platform that provides a full suite of payroll & workforce management solutions to companies within an ideal target market of 25 to 250 employees. You will sell our HCM solutions by telemarketing, canvassing, networking, and attending trade shows. You will be expected to exceed assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas. You will be required to collaborate with other departments to maximize sales results. You will be expected to plan and implement organizational strategies to achieve the growth goals of Whirks. 


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 

  • 2+ years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS or service-based industry. 
  • Proven track record of success through honors, awards, and promotions.
  • Four-year college degree required, preferably in business.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool preferred.
  • Thirst to learn, develop, and grow within a top tier sales organization!
  • You should be HUNGRY, HUMBLE, and SMART!

We offer a competitive base salary plus commissions and bonuses. (First-year reps make $75,000-$95,000, second-year reps from $95,000-$130,000, and third-year reps - much more!)
